A  PM  Record  Card  (fig.  2-5)  is  maintained PM  record  cards  are  maintained  by  the  PM for each item of assigned CESE to help the PM clerk  prepare  the  ERO.  The  following  information is taken from the completed ERO and entered on a  PM  Record  Card: Type  of  service  performed Date  performed Cumulative   mileage/hours Whether oil or filter was changed (shown by the   abbreviation   O/C   or   F/C) group  in  a  tickler  file,  which  the  maintenance supervisor reviews at least once a month. When a vehicle is transferred, the PM Record Cards that pertain to that vehicle are placed in the history jacket. The   reverse   side   of   the   PM   Record   Card (fig.   2-6)   is   convenient   for   listing   attach- ments   for   each   USN.   This   will   aid   the   in- spector  in  locating  the  proper  attachments  for PM. 2-11
