f. Routine Services. Routine services are a collection of checks and observations
performed by the Operator. Routine services are not listed in the PMCS table 2-1 in order to
separate the nonoperational from the operational services. Refer to chapter 3 for additional
information. The Operator will perform the following routine services as necessary:
· Check for loose nuts, bolts, and
Clean

connectors.
Dust
q
Check for completeness of
q
equipment.
Check for cut or frayed cables.
q
Check for noisy blower fan.
Check for rusting and corrosion.
q

· Check controls for smooth operation.
Check for unusual odors (e.g.,
q
overheating of processor, smoke,
etc.).
