Each frequency category accepts entries only in the proper range (see Master
Net List-- Matrix, pages 2-24 and G-20), except for EXTRA which accepts
entries in the range from 0.0001-9999.99 MHz.
If a mistake is made in
entering a frequency, use the <BACKSPACE> or arrow key to go to the beginning
of the column and retype the entry.
