HOW TO USE THE HP-111 SECURE FEATURE |

This PAM selection allows yo to generate five time periods worth of call
signs for the nets that require them (see Gen Call Signs, page 2-69).
This PAM selection allows you to generate five time periods worth of suffixes
and expanders (see Gen Suf/Exp, page 2-78).
This PAM selection allows YOU to generate or select five time periods of
sign/countersign pairs (see Gen Sign/Cntr, page 2-79).
Use this PAM selection to generate five time periods worth of frequency data
for the nets that require them (see Gen Frequency, page 2-69).
Use this PAM selection to generate SINCGARS data for the nets that require
them (see Gen SINCGARS, page 2-73).
Use this PAM selection to select five time periods worth of smoke/pyrotechnic
information (see Gen Smoke/Pyre, page 2-84).
This PAM selection is used to format a disk in the external C drive. Once
this option is selected, the following messages are displayed:
Loading “FORMAT C DRIVE.”
followed by
“Remove program disk from drive C: and insert the disk you wish to format
Press any key to begin formatting”
Insert the disk, press any key and the disk is formatted. When formatting is
finished the following message is displayed:
“Volume label (11 characters, RETURN for none)?”
