5. REPAIR PROCEDURES. The following instructions provide detailed information for repair of Display/Keypad
Assembly A3266120-1. Refer to figure 2.
CAUTION:
Electrostatic Sensitive Device: Remove electrostatic protection at use or in protected
area. Reuse packaging materials for the unserviceable item. See DOD-HDBK-263 for
protective handling or testing measures for this item

Disassemble Display/Keypad Assembly.
(1). Removal of rear cover.
(a) Using a #0 cross tip screwdriver, remove and discard six screws securing rear cover to display
casting.
Using a pocketknife, remove RTV from rear cover and display casting.
(b) Using a flat tip screwdriver, pry rear cover from display casting.
(c) Remove and discard rear cover from display casting.
(2). Removal of CCA-display controller.
(a) Remove CCA-display controller from display casting.
(b) Retain CCA-display controller for re-installation into new display casting.
(c) Discard display casting.
