lever to the fully open position.  After engine warm-up,
adjust the throttle to the fully open position.

check the receiver pressure gage (see Figure 2-2) at
regular intervals to make certain air pressure in the
receiver is increasing at a steady rate. Allow the unit to
operate until the receiver pressure is adequate to supply
the charging requirements.
