Long round nose pliers
TOOLS:
Cotter pins (MS24665-355) (2 required)
SUPPLIES:
PERSONNEL: Two
Open Nos. 5 and 4
PRELIMINARY PROCEDURE:
intake grille doors
(page 16-21, steps
1 and 2)
REMOVAL:
Using pliers, remove cotter pin (A) from
1.
pin (B) and throw cotter pin (A) away.
Remove pin (B) and washer (C) from door (D).
Using second person, lift door (D) with

handle (E) straight up.
Remove door (D) from vehicle.
3.
Go on to Sheet 2
