Lift  adapter  assembly  (6)  out  of  two  brackets (13).  With  aid  of helper, withdraw  shaft (4)  from helicopter  structure  (14).   Remove  shaft  from helicopter. 7. If  shaft  (4)  is  being  replaced,  remove  bushing (7)  from  mount  (15)  on  each  side  of  adapter assembly (6).  Install  bolt  (16),  special  washer (17)  and  nut (18)  in  adapter  assembly.
