NOTE
Procedure is same for installing left
or right forward landing gear towing
shackle. Left shackle is shown here.
1.
Place towing shackle (1) over shock strut
mounting lug (2).
2.
Install bolt (3), washer (4), and nut (5).
3.
Torque nut (5) to 480 to 600 inch-pounds.
4.
Install new cotter pin (6).
