c. Column (3), Description. Indicates the Federal item name and, if required, a minimum description to

identify and locate the item. The last line for each item indicates the FSCM (in parentheses) followed by the

part number. If item needed differs for different models of this equipment, the model is shown under the

Usable On Code heading in this column. These codes are identified as:

d. Column (4), Unit Measure (U/M). Indicates the measure used in performing the actual opera-

tional/maintenance function. This measure is expressed by a two-character alphabetical abbreviation

(e.g., ea., in., pr).

e. Column (5), Quantity Required (Qty Rqr). Indicates the quantity of the item authorized to be used

with/on the equipment.
