19-9. Scribe line around C-beam (14) to locate hole position (13) on underside of C-beam (14).
NOTE
C-beam is angled and bolt length will be lost if hole is drilled too
far forward.
19-10. Drill two 0.343-in. diameter holes (15) through C-beam (14).
NOTE
Center holes vertically on C-beam.
19-11. Install QEAM rack (12) on C-beam (14) with four screws (7), washers (9), and lockwashers (10).
19-12. Install windshield wiper. (Refer to TM 9-2320-280-20-3.)
