boom extended at a right angle to the mast. The boom extensions are fully extended. The
transport legs are locked in the up position (WP 0006).

LOADING CONFIGURATION: The fifth wheel towing device connected to the fifth wheel of
the prime mover with the boom extended at a right angle to the mast and 0.5 in (1.3 cm)
above the ground. The boom extensions are fully retracted. The transport legs are locked
in the down position with the fifth wheel towing device resting on the transport legs
