circulate through the refrigeration system.
Observe the refrigerant sight glass (1, fig. 4-
4),  after  approximately  five  minutes  of
operation the sight glass should not show arty
gas bubbles. Bubbles indicate an insufficient
charge of refrigeration.
c.  Check carefully for wear of the
pillow block bearing, frayed or excessive wear
of the drive belts, and defective gages. Check
thoroughly for loose lines and bolts. Check the
electrical wiring for wear or loose connections.
Check all valves and piping for damage.
Check the batteries for proper electrolyte level.
Check  battery  cables  for  looseness  or
excessive wear.
