(3) Raising Terminating Resistor Box. Untie the two ends of the halyard
.
Attach the slide hook
on the terminating resistor box
to the eyelet
on
. Pull the loose end
of the halyard to raise the terminating
the halyard
resistor box
until it reaches the terminating resistor stop
. Make sure the
antenna wires are located between the middle and to guys. Tie the loose end
of
the halyard to the cleat
on the balun clamp
.
(4) Connecting Antenna Wire to Lanyards. Tie one lanyard to each antenna
stake, leaving O feet from the antenna stake to the snaphook. Connect one end
loop
on one antenna wire to the snaphook 2 of the lanyard 3 connected to
. Attach the other end loop of the same antenna wire to the
antenna stake B
lanyard connected to antenna stake C. Attach one end loop on the other antenna wire
to the snaphook on the lanyard connected to antenna stake A and the other end loop
to the lanyard connected to antenna stake D. Place warning strips on the
antenna.
