TM 1-1520-238-23 11-72 Change 4 11.10. LATERAL BELLCRANK AND LATERAL LINKS REMOVAL – continued WARNING Support longitudinal bellcrank before disconnecting  servocylinder  to  pre- vent longitudinal bellcrank movement and  possible  injury.  If  injury  occurs, seek medical aid. e.   Remove longitudinal servocylinder (18) from longitudinal bellcrank (19). (1)   Remove  sealant  from  attaching  hardware (para 1.47). (2)   Remove and discard cotter pin (20). (3)   Hold  bolt  (21).  Remove  nut  (22).  Use  open end wrench and socket. NOTE Do not remove nylon washer unless it is loose or excessively worn. (4)   Support bellcrank (19). (5)   Remove  bolt  (21),  washer(s)  (23)  (if  re- quired), nylon washer (24) (if necessary), and bushing (25) (if required). (6)   Remove servocylinder (18).
