Allow fuel cell to move aft to frame (11). (2) Aline valve mounting holes to frame mounting holes. Install two bolts (8) and washers (9). Use screwdriver bit set. d. Install hose (5) on valve (2) from inside fuel cell. (1) Lubricate threads of connector (6). Use petrolatum (item 138, App F). (2) Install connector (6) on adapter (7). (3) Turn connector (6) until seated and locking teeth engage with adapter (7). e. Install hose (1) on valve (2) from ammunition bay. (1) Lubricate threads of connector (3). Use petrolatum (item 138, App F). (2) Install connector (3) on adapter (4). (3) Turn connector (3) until seated and locking teeth engage with adapter (4). f. Inspect (QA). g. Install forward fuel cell aft access panel and aft cover (para 10.8). h. Perform fuel crossfeed/boost system mainte- nance operational check (TM 1-1520-238-T).
