14. Recording and Reporting Requirements.
a. Reporting Compliance Suspense Date (CBHK). Upon entering requirements of this Technical Bulletin on all
subject CBHKs, forward a message, Datafax or E-Mail to one of the POCs in paragraph 16. The report will cite this
Technical Bulletin number, date self-check completed information and serial numbers of the CBHKs checked. If the self-
check is not successfully completed, the serial numbers of the TMS Transmitter, Receiver, and Control Display Unit
(CDU) will be required.
