Summary of the Problem.
a. This change incorporates installation, removal and abrasion strip inspection criteria for Tail Rotor
Blades that have the installed on the leading edge of the blade.
b. The purpose of this TB is to:
(1) Provide visual inspection procedures for all AH--64 aircraft Tail Rotor Blades with CTI abra-
sion strips.
