INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut and install blocking to base as shown on sheet #2.

Position balance of items A thru M (see sheets 8, 9 and 10) in box so that cartons fill void areas

around PIN 13222E0427 and P/N 13222E0424 (see sheet #6).
Place P/N 13222E0242 and P/N 13222E0237 (see 5.2.2) in P/N 13222E0500 and tape in position. Clips P/N

13222EO031 (3 each) and retainer P/N 13222E0440 (1 each) to be taped to P/N 13222EO034 cover.
Place P/N 13222E0500 (inside up) into box as shown on sheet #6. (Use GD. A cushioning as required to

prevent metal to metal contact.)
Position blockings 6, 7 and 8 as shown on sheets 3, 4, 5 and 6 so that P/N 13222E0500 fits into

cutouts in block #6. (Use GD. A cushioning as required to prevent wood contact with metal.
Position blockings #9 as shown on sheets 3, 4, 5 and 6 so that cut outs fit over P/N 13222E0500.

(Use GD. A cushioning as required to prevent wood contact with metal). Nail blockings 6, 7, 8 and 9 in
place.
Place one each TM5-2590-214-10 manual and one each TM5-2590-214-23 and P manual, one each canvas pouch
12.
(NSN 7520-00-559-9618) in poly bag. Heat seal bag and place in box as shown on sheet 6.
Close box and install banding.

Mark for shipment and storage in accordance with MIL-STD-129.
